01The service and these terms
Marhaba Wedding lets you create, save and share digital wedding, surprise and class reunion invitations using a chosen design. An order covers the selected invitation design and its available features. The service does not include event organization, travel bookings or collecting gifts from guests. These terms apply to account holders and guests using interactive invitation features.
02Your account and sign-in
You need an account to create and edit orders. When registering with email and password, provide an accurate name and an email address you control, then verify that address. If a Google sign-in button is available, use only your own Google account. Telegram is used to contact support, send receipts and share invitation links.
Keep passwords and verification codes private and sign out on shared devices. Notify support if you notice unauthorized use of your account or order. When creating an invitation for someone else, make sure you are authorized to use their details and materials.
03Choosing a design and ordering
Review the design preview and price before ordering. Names, photographs and addresses in the preview demonstrate the design. Check and customize all editor fields, including any prefilled text, dates and options. Saving creates an order number and shows the status in your account; it does not itself confirm payment or administrator approval.
Prices are displayed on the site and order page in Uzbek soum. Check the amount assigned to your order before paying. Prices for new orders may change; if an existing order shows a different amount, clarify it with the administrator before transferring funds.
04Payment and verification
Pay through your bank or payment app using the current card details and instructions on the order page. The site does not provide automatic card checkout. Send the receipt and order number to the administrator contact shown there and use the request-review action where available. Check the recipient and amount before transferring funds; the general support contact does not replace the order's payment instructions.
A transfer, receipt submission or a 'Paid' status does not automatically activate the guest link. It opens once the order is marked 'Approved'. An administrator reviews payment and the order; review, clarification or rejection is shown in your account. Contact us with the receipt for an incorrect, excess or duplicate payment. If your event is soon, check the approval timing with the administrator before paying.
06Editing windows and continued access
Wedding invitations can be edited until the end of the specified wedding day in Tashkent time. Surprise invitations have a 7-day editing window from order creation, rather than payment or approval. Class reunion invitations can be edited for 14 days from first approval. Check the applicable deadline on your order page.
Approved invitations remain viewable after editing closes. Guest submission deadlines are separate from editing windows and depend on the feature and event date. Reaching a date or deadline does not automatically delete accounts, invitations or files. Indefinite storage is not guaranteed; contact support about changes after the deadline or removal.
07Your texts, images and music
Check the accuracy of names, dates, addresses and contacts you enter. Use other people's images, contacts and copyrighted materials only with the necessary permission. Illegal, abusive, fraudulent or malicious content, unauthorized access and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.
You retain rights to your content and grant the permission needed to store it and display it in your invitation. Marhaba designs and site materials may be used within the service; they may not be resold or distributed as a separate product without permission.
08Optional features
Available sections vary by design. You can configure the photos, schedule, music, contacts, gift details and guest responses available in the editor. Hiding a section does not make its saved data or files private. Adding gift details does not make Marhaba process guest transfers; the owner should check the card details for accuracy.
Guest responses and surprise choices assist planning but do not verify identity or guarantee attendance. Another person with the link may submit a response or change the shared surprise choice. Confirm important responses and arrangements directly where needed.
When a reunion's shared album is enabled, guests may add photos and captions visible to people with the link. Guests must have permission to share what they upload. The invitation owner can manage guest photos and remove unsuitable ones. Report material that infringes rights to the owner or Marhaba support.
09Cancellation and payment issues
For cancellation, a refund or correction of a service problem, contact the administrator with the order number, issue description and relevant receipt. The payment, order status and service provided will be reviewed, and the outcome and next steps explained. Refund requests are considered under applicable law and the circumstances of the order. The site does not offer automatic cancellation or refunds.
These terms do not limit consumer rights under applicable law. Payment or order approval does not automatically remove your right to raise a complaint.
10Availability and limitations
Viewing an invitation requires internet access and a compatible browser. Music and video may require a guest interaction on some devices. Google, messaging services, maps and banks operate under their own terms. Maintenance or faults may temporarily limit access. Contact support with the order number, device or browser and issue details; you may also communicate essential event details through another channel.
11Privacy, changes and disputes
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is used. When creating an account, you confirm acceptance of these terms and that you have read the policy. The documents may be updated as the service changes; the current version date appears at the top of each page. These terms do not waive your statutory rights.
Start by explaining your question or dispute to support. If it cannot be resolved by agreement, you may use the complaint and dispute procedures available under the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
